Service Dog Training
Service Dogs (in the United States) are defined as a dog trained in 2 or more specialized tasks that help assist someone with an ADA recognized disability. In addition to tasks, service dogs are expected to be exceptionally well behaved and obedient in all environments. Service dogs are not a pet, they are an accessibility tool, and their training greatly impacts their handler’s quality of life.
Service Dog Program
Service Dogs have exemplary obedience as well as tasks that actively assist someone with an ADA recognized disability. Your dog can help pull you from a panic attack, disrupt destructive behaviors, remind and retrieve medication, or many more! Service dogs must have at least 2 tasks.
